Josh Mandel Cancels Today's Visit to Lakewood

Citing last-minute family matters, Josh Mandel has canceled his trip to Lakewood.

The current state treasurer — and  — was scheduled to visit the .

But those plans are on hold.

Seth Unger, the spokesman for Mandel, said that the treasurer will reschedule the trip

"We’re working to get a date set," he said. 

Mandel, who is challenging incumbent Sherrod Brown for his Senate seat, had hoped to meet with library officers, tour the library and discuss the library’s participation in the STAR Plus investment program.
