Here are the top four stories today in Lakewood:
- The Cleveland area is gearing up for a fun and exciting Labor Day Weekend. Events throughout the area include performances of the beloved Disney musical "Frozen," multiple concerts (including a tribute to the Grateful Dead), and the Barton Center’s Annual Wine and Cheese Fundraiser. Some of these events have limited seating, so register before the weekend rolls around. (Cleveland Scene)
- Theater fans are in for a treat courtesy of St. Edward High School. The staged concert ‘Infamous the Musical,’ will be performed Sep. 9 through Sep. 11. The musical, written by a St. Edward’s graduate, covers the assassination of Abraham Lincoln and the fallout of that historic tragedy. (cleveland.com)
- The Rocky River Historical Society is asking faith communities from the Cleveland area to speak about their beliefs. A special program will be held on Sep. 8, where individuals are invited to speak about their faith and its history within the city. People of all religions and faiths are welcome to come and share their stories. (cleveland.com)
- Kamm’s Corners Greek Festival has returned to Cleveland. The much-loved festival runs through the West Park neighborhood and features plenty of fun ways to celebrate Greek culture.
