Man Brags About Drunken Driving at Drive-Thru Window

Drunken driving, boasting about it
A man bragged about how drunk he was to a McDonald’s employee while in the drive-thru of the Westlake fast-food restaurant at around 8:30 p.m. July 27. The employee called the police. Westlake officers tracked the license plate to a man on Westwood Avenue, however officers were unable to catch up with him.
Robbery

Two men were robbed by two other men they knew at gunpoint at a home in the 1400 block of Winchester Avenue at around 5:50 p.m. July 27. The men left on foot, but police are investigating.
Felonious assault

Cleveland police arrested a man in the 11000 block of Detroit Avenue at around 1 p.m. July 28 for a stabbing that occurred earlier in the 11800 block of Lake Avenue. The man was charged with felonious assault.
Identity theft
A woman in the 1600 block of Bunts Road told police July 26 that someone in California was fraudulently using her bank card.
Burglary
A home in the 18700 block of Sloane Avenue was broken into on July 26. Several items were reported stolen.
Breaking and entering
A bar in the 17900 block of Detroit Avenue was reported broken into on July 27.
