Police Blotter: Rape; Burglary; and Shots Fired... By a 3-Year-Old

Rape
A man in the 2100 block of Halstead Avenue told police that his girlfriend was raped by men who he got into a fight with in Cleveland in the early morning of Nov. 23. are investigating.

A woman in the 1200 block of Donald Avenue told police Nov. 25 that her three-year-old son fired his father’s loaded gun earlier in the week. The woman told police that the bullets only struck the wall.
Burglary

A home in the 1400 block of Elbur Avenue was burglarized some time during Thanksgiving. A back window of the home had been broken out, according to the report.
Copper pipes stolen
A vacant home in the 1600 block of Newman Avenue was reported burglarized at around 11 a.m. Nov. 25. The homes copper pipes had been stripped and stolen.
Petty thefts at Walgreens
was a popular destination for shoplifters on Nov. 22.
Three separate men were charged — in three separate incidents — for shoplifting from the store on Detroit Avenue and W. 117th Street on Nov. 22.
The first incident took place at around 8:45 p.m. The next was just a couple hours later — turns out that shoplifter was also in possession of a hypodermic needle.
The third shoplifting incident was reported at around 1:30 p.m.
