Running Down Madison Avenue With a Stolen TV
The following arrest information was supplied by the Lakewood Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Theft
received a report of a man running down Madison Avenue with a flat-screen TV under his arm at around 9 p.m. May 10. Just 20 minutes later, police got a call from a woman who said that her neighbor stole her phone and her TV. Police are investigating.

A man was charged with carrying a concealed weapon following a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Detroit Avenue at around 2:15 p.m. May 8. The man took off on foot and officers chased after him, and caught him at the intersection of Detroit and Ridgewood avenues.Â
Grand theft
A woman reported that her Toyota Camry — valued at around $1,500 — was stolen from the 12200 block of Clifton Boulevard at around 9 a.m. May 9. The woman had left the keys inside the car.Â
Trespassing
A man was charged with trespassing after he walked into a home in the 12000 block of Clifton Boulevard at around 5 p.m. May 9. A woman told police that the man left walking east. Police caught up with him moments later.Â
Resisting arrest, failure to comply
A man was charged with resisting arrest, failure to comply and driving with a suspended license at around 6 p.m. May 10 following a traffic stop. Initially, the man didn’t want to stop for officers trying to pull him over in the 14000 block of Detroit Avenue. He finally did stop the vehicle near the intersection of Belle and Detroit avenues.
