Snapshot: AT&T Building Renovation Under Way

The renovation project that will add a second elevator and cleanup the exterior of the AT&T building on Detroit Avenue is well under way.

For months, crews have been working at the site — at 14223 Detroit Avenue — to build another elavator.

According to LoveLakewood.com, the addition will bring the building up to ADA compliance.

Employing more than 150 people, the five-story building houses telephone equipment and administrative offices on the top two floors, according to LoveLakewood.
