Snapshot: New CVS Showing Signs of Progress

Warmer weather has allowed construction of the new pharmacy on Detroit Avenue to quickly move along.

Construction of the new on Detroit Avenue is moving right along.

The weather's been sort of a help.

Last week, the sign was posted at the corner of Lakeland and Detroit avenues.

The store is expected to open its doors by May 2012.

Last September, , which have had a presence on Detroit Avenue for 107 years.

And a month later, the building that housed the was for the pharmacy’s parking lot.
