Vision 21 Hosts Social Media Lab for Small Business Owners
Event also gives the startup organization an opportunity to show off its facility to the community.
Vision 21, a new virtual and shared office facility created for Lakewood and Northeast Ohio entrepreneurs, hosted a social media lab at its Warren Road location.
About 10 small business owners attended the seminar to learn more about social media, including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Vision 21 opened its doors earlier this year. The mission of Vision 21 is to "provide aspiring entrepreneurs a space to successfully launch and grow their business enterprise with access to business tools and support needed."

Diane Helbig, one of the partners in the new venture, said Tuesday's event fit in perfectly with the organization's mission.
"(We want) to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses and do better things with them, so being able to do this workshop helps a lot of small business owners get involved in social media marketing," she said.

The evening also gave the business owners a chance to learn more about Vision 21.
The company's 2,500-square-foot office space features several private or cubical-style offices for daily and monthly rent, a fully-equipped conference room available by the hour, contract administrative and marketing support, an identifiable business address and access to other nearby resources. Tenants and virtual tenants can also benefit from networking opportunities, workshops and collaborative activities.
The venture stems from a growing need in the Cleveland area for entrepreneurs to take the next step from home-based businesses to professional office and meeting space and support without incurring costly fixed expenses.
