WANTED: Police Looking for Bank Robber

The is asking for the public’s help catching a man suspected of robbing the on W. 117^th Street on July 6.

The man handed the bank teller a note demanding cash. He was sporting a “painted on” beard and had long, dark hair in a pony tail, but it’s not known whether it was real hair.

The man — described as 5-feet, 10-inches tall between 180 to 200 pounds — walked to a nearby newer-model red VW Jetta Sport Wagon, where a woman was waiting.
