Angry Neighbors & A Credit Card Dispute: Mayfield Heights Police Blotter

Incidents reported in early April:
Neighborly dispute: A caller from Commonwealth Avenue told Mayfield Heights Police that he came home to find a car parked in his driveway on April 7 that he had not seen before.
Though the caller didn't initially recognize the car, it ended up belonging to a neighbor. The parked car turned out to be an orchestrated stunt that was part of an ongoing feud between the two. An officer told the neighbor to move the car and not park there again in the future.

Crash leads to argument: A driver called police on April 8 to report a two-car crash at Eastgate Plaza around 3 p.m.
According to the police report, the caller, who was not involved in the crash, was concerned about a heated altercation. A young male driver appeared to be harassing an older driver following the crash. Officers reported to the scene, but were unable to locate the parties.

Loud couple: A Golden Gate Gardens resident ported that couple in the apartment below her were yelling and screaming repeatedly at 9:40 p.m. on April 8. An officer spoke to the tenants and discovered that the husband had been on the phone with a credit card company disputing a charge.
After the visit from police, the man seemed to have calmed down. However, the complainant called back about 20 minutes later to report that she heard the man screaming again. An officer called back and learned that now both the man and woman in the apartment below the caller were arguing about the card.
The officer told them that if police had to return, they would be charged.
