BB Shots Fired at Marsol: Mayfield Heights Police Blotter
The following information was provided by the Mayfield Heights Police Department.

Incidents reported July 28-29:
Angry at Staples:Â A customer at Staples became so angered during a visit on July 28 that a manager found it necessary to call Mayfield Heights Police.
The man was yelling at the manager regarding a problem he had returned a previously purchased product. The responding officer told him that his best bet was calling a district location.
Too noisy:Â A graduation party on Giesse Drive annoyed a neighbor on July 28, mainly because it carried on for nearly 10 hours.
The party was over when an officer responded at 11:07 p.m., but residents there were still blaring music through open windows as they cleaned up the backyard. The neighbor called police after the officer left because somebody turned the music back up.
The homeowner was advised that he would be cited if police had to return.
BB shots fired?:Â A Marsol Apartments resident called police at 11:19 p.m. July 29 to report that somebody had been shooting BB gun pellets at cars in the rear of the parking lot.
The caller believed the shots were coming from an apartment, but responding officers were unable to find a shooter.
