Highland Heights Council Returns From Recess

Committee of the whole meeting at 8 tonight

City Council will return from August recess with a Committee of the Whole meeting at 8 p.m. today at City Hall, 5827 Highland Road.

The agenda includes a review of the initiative petitions circulated by developer Lance Osborne, who wants a GetGo gas station/convenience store/car wash and additional retail space at the site of the former Catalano's grocery store at Wilson Mills and Brainard roads. The petitions would add gas stations to local zoning, which the property is zoned.

Also on the agenda are two items dealing with Highland Heights City Park – bids for resurfacing the entrance and for a pole barn pavilion.
