IRS Owes Refunds to 279 Cuyahoga County Taxpayers

The Internal Revenue Service released a list of 279 local taxpayers whose refund checks could not be delivered because of mailing address errors. Cuyahoga County has 279 taxpayers who are due $359,294 in refunds, an average of $1,288 each.
