Mayfield Heights Man Accused of Pulling Pants Down in Front of 7-Year-Old

John Jasko's arraignment is set for Tuesday

Mayfield Heights Police arrested an 18-year-old man earlier this month for public indecency after a family said he pulled his pants down in front of their daughter.

John Jasko of Mayfield Heights is accused of perfomring the act in front of a 7-year-old girl while she played in her family's yard on April 4.

The girl's father called police around 7:20 p.m. after his daughter came back inside and said that the man pulled his pants down from his own yard across the street. Police detained the man, and according to the police report, it was the second time he was accused of a similar act.
