Mayfield Heights Marc's Location Expanding
The popular store is adding 9,500 square feet to its Eastgate location
Marc's Stores is making way for a large expansion at its Eastgate Shopping Center location.
Construction crews have been out on SOM Center Road every day for about a month working on a 9,500-square-foot addition to the popular store. Marc's finished the permit and architectural review process by late April and quickly began working.
Mayfield Heights Building Director Tom Jamieson said the store plans to add a new bakery, new restrooms and more.
Marc's declined to comment on the expansion.
