Mayfield Village Accepting Bids For This Year's Road Project
The village is looking to do more than $1 million worth of road repairs this year

Mayfield Village is accepting bids for this year's road project.
It includes improvements to the following streets: Sandalwood Drive, Butternut Drive, Walnut Drive, Thornapple Drive, Oakwood Drive and Kenwood Drive.
The village's Engineer's Office estimated that the road improvements will cost about $1,025,000.

According to the Mayfield Village web site, the 2013 road project includes:
- 18,907 square yards of concrete pavement planning
- 5,200 square yards of full-depth pavement removal and replacement
- 788 cubic yards of asphalt concrete intermediate pavement and surface course
- 18,907 square yards of pavement interlayer
- catch basins improvements
- asphalt rejuvenation on various streets in the village
Bids will be received by the Clerk of Council at Mayfield Village Hall by 10 a.m. on April 12.
