Meetings Set on Proposed Expansion at Deacon's Chrysler Jeep

has announced a schedule of meetings related to the proposed rezoning for a proposed expansion at at SOM Center and Wilson Mills roads.

The Mayfield Village Board of Appeals will review setback and parking variances at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Civic Center, 6622 Wilson Mills Road. The Architectural Board of Review is scheduled to discuss final design materials at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

That will be followed by an Aug. 1 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission, which is expected to vote on the plan that evening.

Mayfield Village Council has scheduled a special meeting and public hearing on the proposed rezoning at 7 p.m. Aug. 8 at the Civic Center, 6622 Wilson Mills Road.

The third and final reading of the rezoning legislation scheduled for an Aug. 15 council meeting. The village has a Sept. 9 deadline to submit the proposed rezoning to the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections for inclusion on the Nov. 8 general election ballot.
