The Linksman Golf Academy at StoneWater has blossomed from not only a club fitting facility but to a full blown indoor/outdoor, year-round golf training center. With wide-ranging offerings tailored to all skill levels, the new Linksman Golf Academy at StoneWater is ready to help golfers of all skill levels up their game.

Open to the public and members alike, the facility at StoneWater Golf Club (One Club Drive Highland Heights, Ohio ) offers expanded programming embedded into one of the best golf courses making it the premier golf performance center in Northeast Ohio.

“We’re dedicated to providing the best golf has to offer, bringing together the latest instructional technologies with the practical knowledge of our experienced team of teaching professionals,” said Joe Meglen, who has been named one of Golf Digest’s “Top 40 Young Instructors in America.” Joe added, “our unique location within the StoneWater golf course enables our professionals to combine the value that comes from teaching with state of the art instructional tools with applying the value of the lessons to the realities of being on an actual golf course.”

The Academy offers three indoor/outdoor bays, two simulators, custom club fitting, state-of-the-art video analysis, sophisticated launch monitor systems, on-course instruction, private lessons, golf schools, clinics, Junior programs and more.

For any level of golfer, each skilled member of the Academy’s team can measure their stance, grip and swing, and custom-fit individual clubs or their entire bag.

In addition, state-of-the-art Trackman Launch Monitors enable instructors to determine the correct shaft, loft, lie angle, flex, length and other factors that will result in longer and straighter shots. With the latest equipment from all leading major manufacturers fully stocked and on hand, the technology assures that each player gets the right club selection tailored to their unique attributes. .

The Academy also offers a number of special programs, including:

• Ladies Brush Up Clinics, open to both members and non-members, are designed to help beginner and intermediate golfers strengthen their fundamental skills. The four-week clinics, offered throughout the season, cover all aspects of the game in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
