Plain Dealer: Harry Buffalo Owner Settles Lawsuit
Claimed restaurants were targeted by state officials

Tony George, owner of the Harry Buffalo restaurants, agreed to a settlement in a lawsuit he filed claiming state liquor control agents targeted his restaurants for inspection because he is Arab-American.
George, who is of Lebanese descent, received a letter of apology and a promise that the state will continue diversity training. The lawsuit centered on an Akron restaurant. also has a restaurant on Highland Road in Highland Heights.
