Police Blotter: Customer, Restaurant Dispute All You Can Eat

A customer was refusing to pay his bill at 8:27 p.m. Aug. 12 at a Mayfield Road restaurant. Police said there was a dispute about all you can eat and the owner and customer reached a compromise.
A service department worker told police at 9:05 p.m. Aug. 14 that rides and attractions were arriving for the community festival, but would not be allowed in the park yet because of the rain.
A three-car accident was reported at 8:52 p.m. Aug. 14 on Mayfield Road near Giant Eagle. Two cars were towed and two people were taken to Hillcrest Hospital for treatment.
A man was asking people to give him gas money at 4:18 p.m. Aug. 14 at a SOM Center Road drug store. Police talked to the man, who had run out of gas, and sent him on his way.
A caller at 12:17 p.m. Aug. 14 complained that there was shattered glass in the tennis courts and someone spray-painted an electrical box with graffiti.
A Worton Boulevard man called at 7:42 a.m. Aug. 14 and said a black dog was loose in his yard. He thought the animal belonged to a neighbor. Police contacted the owner, who came to the police station to pick up the dog.
Four juveniles appeared to be "up to no good" at 9:35 p.m. Aug. 12 at SOM Circle, a caller reported. Police said the juveniles were waiting for their mom to pick them up and were climbing on a light pole.
An employee at Walmart called Aug. 12 and said a woman went into the bathroom and dyed her hair. She was asked to leave and complied. The employee did not think the woman stole the product from the store.
