Police Blotter: Keys Left in Car That Was Stolen

Information supplied by the Highland Heights Police Department

A woman said she left the keys in her white 2005 Toyota Camry and it was stolen from a Highland Road driveway sometime between 10 p.m. July 5 and 6:50 a.m. July 6.

A woman on Ford Road called police at 7:09 p.m. July 7 and said her boyfriend was intoxicated and trying to start a fight with her father.

A truck driver was trying to clean up a load of paper towels that fell out at 9:57 a.m. July 7 at Aberdeen Boulevard and Bishop Road.

Police were called to help a utility worker who was disconnecting power at 10:11 a.m. July 7 at a Davison Drive house due to nonpayment. A resident told police that a handicapped family member was on life support. Police said the resident misled officers and the person wasn't on life support, but needed power for an electric bed. Power was shut off only to be turned on at 2:50 p.m. when the resident received a medical release.

A caller said there were parking problems due to a garage sale at 2:20 p.m. July 7 on Wilson Mills Road.
