Police Blotter: Knife Pulled in Dispute Between Neighbors

A neighbor dispute was reported at 2:10 p.m. Jan. 29 on Sandhurst Drive. The caller said he was arguing with the neighbor, who pulled out a knife but didn't attempt to use it.

A Barkston Drive resident called at 7:37 a.m. Jan. 29 to report that a daughter's boyfriend has been calling the house, violating a protection order.

A caller said a man in a brown Honda was tailgating him at 1:19 p.m. Jan. 29 on Wilson Mills Road. He said the man was waving something that might had been a gun. An officer said she was in the area at the time and didn't see a car matching either description.

Mayfield Heights police had a car stopped at 1:09 p.m. Jan. 28 that had damaged a guardrail on Interstate 271 before Wilson Mills Road. Highland Heights police cited the driver for failure to control the car.
