Police Blotter: Trapped Turkey Set Free on Jefferson Drive

A Jefferson Drive resident called at 7:14 p.m. June 20 because a mother turkey and three babies were cutting through a neighbor's yard and one of the babies got stuck in a fenced-in garden. Police said the turkey was released.
A Kenbridge Drive woman called police at 11:05 a.m. June 20 because she received several calls from a man with a foreign accent who claimed to be from the FBI. He told her she was going to get a package in the mail and she was in trouble.
A computer was stolen from a car broken into on Sandhurst Drive, a resident reported at 7:22 a.m. June 20.
Someone was banging on the family room window in the back of a South Applecross house, a resident reported at 11:57 p.m. June 18. A few minutes later, she said someone was in the house and tried to open her bedroom door. Police said two younger boys were responsible and were trying to scare their older brother.
A Miner Road man called 911 at 11:19 a.m. June 17 to report that a friend living in Bratenahl was missing after talking about what she knew about the murder of "The Irishman" Danny Green. He said he felt obligated to tell what he knows to see if she can be found.
