Police Blotter: Unknown Person Trying to Rent Out Woman's House

A Cedar Road woman came into the station at 11:55 a.m. May 16 and wanted to speak with an officer. She said an unknown person put a rental ad on Craigslist with her house information on it and requesting a down payment. She was concerned that she might be held responsible for the money.

A man with a scruffy beard was thrown out of a SOM Center Road restaurant and returned at 1:58 a.m. May 18 and tried to get into a fight with a couple of customers. The suspect was outside with his friends when police arrived and they went on their way.

A man wanted help getting his property out of an Orchard Heights house on May 17 because his girlfriend did not want him to move out.

 A Byron Drive resident called police at 4:57 p.m. May 16 and said someone stole movies and video games from her house.

A fight was reported at 6:52 p.m. May 15 at at SOM Center Road fast-food restaurant. Police said a woman was kicking a window and saying she was having an anxiety attack. A man and a woman were arrested for disorderly conduct.
