Police Blotter: Woman Looking for Ring Lost 15 Years Ago

A Leverett Lane resident said she lost a piece of jewelry in the Heinen's lot about 15 years ago and wanted to speak to an officer. She was told that the store is in  and she needed to call that police department.

A North Greenway Court woman said someone came into her laundry room at 6:55 p.m. Sept. 13 and took her wedding rings. Police said the rings were found.

A disturbance was reported at 12:35 p.m. Sept. 11 on Wilson Mills Road, where kids were waving signs and yelling at cars. Police spoke with the high school varsity hockey coach, who said he would address the issue.

A man was having an allergic reaction and was having trouble breathing after being stung by a bee at 4:28 p.m. Sept. 6 on Wilson Mills Road. Fire department personnel were sent to assist the man and a police officer discovered a bees' nest underground in the front yard. The officer talked to the resident and was provided insecticide to pour down the hole.
