Police Blotter: Woman Loses Wrestling Match, Check
Information supplied by the Highland Heights Police Department

A Barkston Drive woman called police at 1:59 p.m. July 23 and said her mother cashed a check that was written to her. She said they wrestled over the check. Police told her it was a civil matter.
Several callers reported an accident at 9:25 a.m. July 27 in the lot of Home Depot on Wilson Mills Road. Police said a car flipped and a man was taken to Hillcrest Hospital for treatment of injuries.
Two trees were cut down on Highland Road and a woman called police at 4:04 p.m. July 27 because she got an estimate to have the trees cut down, but never agreed to the work. She was told it is a civil matter.
A woman said someone threw a brick through her window as she was driving east on Highland Road at 5:17 a.m. July 27.
Juveniles were playing cornhole behind a Wilson Mills Road church at 10:35 p.m. July 25 and were asked to leave, but refused to do so. An officer went to the scene and eight cars were leaving as he arrived.
