Police Blotter: Woman was Draining Every Last Drop from Junker

A caller saw someone siphoning gas from a pickup at 11:12 p.m. Dec. 18 in the parking lot of Wal-Mart on Mayfield Road. Police checked on the car's owner said she was having it junked and a man was helping her remove the gas.
A man said he hit a deer at 3:22 a.m. Dec. 19 on Interstate 271 while on his way to work and was unable to stop. Police found the carcass in the median by Wilson Mills Road.
A black Scion hit a barrier at 6:11 p.m. Dec. 17 on Interstate 271 on the Mayfield Road ramp and was facing the other way. The car was towed and the Ohio Department of Transportation was told about a damaged guardrail.
A Marsol Road man called police at 11:47 p.m. Dec. 16 and said his girlfriend was breaking his stuff. Police said the woman left for the night.
