Progressive Insurance to Add 125 New Hires by End of June
Customer service positions will be at call center

, which has its headquarters in Mayfield Heights, expects to add 125 customer service employees at its local call center by the end of June.
A company press release said the jobs require a minimum of two years' post-secondary education or two years' work experience in a customer service environment, along with proven job stability of at least one year with a past employer.
"Our business is continuing to grow, and we need energetic, customer-focused people who are experienced at and passionate about offering great customer service," said Katie Koch, director of recruiting at Progressive. "In return, we offer benefits like flexible work arrangements, potential bonuses based on company performance and a casual dress code."
