Progressive Insurance to Add 125 New Hires by End of June

, which has its headquarters in Mayfield Heights, expects to add 125 customer service employees at its local call center by the end of June.

A company press release said the jobs require a minimum of two years' post-secondary education or two years' work experience in a customer service environment, along with proven job stability of at least one year with a past employer.

"Our business is continuing to grow, and we need energetic, customer-focused people who are experienced at and passionate about offering great customer service," said Katie Koch, director of recruiting at Progressive.
