Progressive Insurance to Hire 131 People By End of September

, based in Mayfield Village, plans to fill 23 information technology and analyst positions, and 108 sales, services and claims phone representatives by the end of September.

IT hires will work on technical infrastructure and the company website and must have an associates or bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. Analysts work on pricing and product analysis and must have a bachelor's degree in finance, math, accounting, economics or statistics.

Phone representatives sell policies, answer customer questions and help customers file accident claims. Candidates must have at least two years of post-secondary education or two years of experience working in a customer service environment.
