Rock Finishes Third in NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Finals
Highland Heights girl has personal best performance.
Catherine Rock, 9, of had a personal best score of 210 feet to finish third in the national NFL Punt, Pass and Kick finals last weekend in Baltimore.
Scores are the total distance on two punts, two passes and two kicks. Rock had a score of 182 feet, 2 inches in winning the team competition and advancing as one of the top four nationally in the division for girls ages 8 and 9.
The national winner was Eryn Puett of Columbia, MO, representing the St. Louis Rams. The 10 national division winners were featured on the field on national television during a playoff game on Sunday.
Catherine's mother, Lisa, said the family had a terrific weekend and enjoyed going to the game between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans.
