Skoda Minotti Expands to Tampa
The company has announced the acquisition of a 34-year-old company in Florida
Skoda Minotti, a Mayfield Village CPA firm, on Tuesday announced plans to expand into Tampa, Fla.
The company acquired Baumann, Raymondo & Company PA, a CPA firm in Tampa since 1978. The new office will be led Alex White, a partner-in-charge who has been with Daumann, Raymondo & Company PA for four years.
“We saw the Tampa market as a perfect fit to continue the growth of our firm,” chairman Greg Skoda said in a statement. “We have a significant client base in Florida, and numerous employees have roots there.

"This allows us to enhance our service to our clients and also provides us the opportunity to grow and expand upon the excellent reputation that Baumann Raymondo has created for their office in this region."
The Florida office will be Skoda Minotti's third. The company also has a location in Akron.
