Tri-City Consortium Has Fitness Classes
Zumba Gold, Arthritis Exercise, Line Dancing are offered

The Tri-City Consortium on Aging is offering several exercise programs for area residents.
Zumba Gold fitness program, designed for the active older adult, is done at a lower intensity than Zumba and uses the same Latin-infused music and dance. Zumba Gold is offered every Friday from 10:30-11:45 a.m. at the Highland Heights Community Center, 5827 Highland Road. Call 216-650-4029 for information and fee schedules.
Arthritis Exercise is from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Mondays and Thursdays at the DeJohn Community Center, 6306 Marsol Road, Mayfield Heights, and costs $3 per class. Arthritis Exercise is also offered from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Fridays for $2 per class at the Highland Heights Community Center. Classes are taught by instructors who are trained by the Arthritis Foundation to lead exercises geared toward people who suffer from arthritis.
Intermediate Line Dance takes place from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Fridays at the DeJohn Community Center. Cost is $30 for 10 weeks, with other flexible session fee options available.
