Highland Heights keeping options open for park repairs

Highland Heights City Council decided to seek bids for the less-expensive "chip and seal" method and for a more extensive asphalt repair for the entrance to the city's park.

Bid for road repairs comes in under estimate

The street repair program in Mayfield Heights was estimated to cost $680,000, but Barbicas Construction was awarded the contract with a bid of $595,000.
