Catalano's site to be redeveloped
Highland Heights Mayor Scott Coleman said Tuesday that Lance Osborne has a purchase agreement for the former Catalano's grocery store and will submit site plans for a new development to city officials on July 11.
Sonic planning restaurant in Mayfield Heights
Drive-in restaurant chain Sonic plans to open a new location in Mayfield Heights in November. The nearest Sonic locations are in Streetsboro, Parma and Brunswick.
Hillcrest Hospital opens new photography exhibit
Photographer Catherine Opie of Los Angeles was commissioned to create Somewhere in the Middle, a collection of photos showing Lake Erie throughout the seasons. It will be on permanent display at the hospital.
AFS seeking host families in Mayfield district
AFS, which finds homes for foreign exchange students, had placed a girl from Belgium at Mayfield High School last year and would like to have two students enrolled there this year, if host families can be found. Students will arrive in early August.
