Dr. Michael Roizen, chief wellness officer for the Cleveland Clinic, spoke about how to live into your 90s at an event sponsored by Hillcrest Hospital. Roizen founded RealAge, a test that evaluates your physical age based on diet, physical activity and other factors.

Nino Monaco joins Mayfield Heights City Council

Newly appointed Mayfield Heights City Councilman Nino Monaco took his oath of office and sat in on his first city council meeting. It will be his only one for a while – council is now on recess for August.

Tri-Community CERT recruiting volunteers

The Community Emergency Response Team serving Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village and Highland Heights is looking for volunteers for a fall training session. Tri-Community CERT members support safety forces in responding to disasters.

Mayfield Heights hosts campout in park
