'Green Business is Good Business' at Stark State's E. Maple St. Building Nov. 17

Put sustainability to work for your business or organization. The benefits of green business practices – including cost-cutting, new revenue opportunities, innovation and employee engagement – will be Mike Dungan’s topic from 7:30-9 a.m. Nov. 17 at Stark State College’s Corporate Services and Continuing Education Center, 339 E. Maple St.

Dungan is interim executive director of E4S, a Northeast Ohio economic development organization committed to growing a sustainable regional economy. An expanded roundtable discussion following the speaker will feature Dungan and Kimberly Whittington Babcock, sustainable design consultant/certified green auditor with Inspiring Spaces. To participate and continue to learn why green business is good business, indicate the roundtable discussion on your reservation.

To register, call the North Canton Chamber of Commerce at 330-499-5100 or email atullius@northcantonchamber.org. The cost is $7 on or before Nov. 10 or $10 at the door. A continental breakfast will be provided.
