Kent State University at Stark’s Professional Vocal Ensemble Presents 'An Old-Fashioned Christmas'
Kent State University at Stark presents An Old-Fashioned Christmas, performed by The Lyric Theatre Ensemble, on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 7:30 p.m. in Main Hall Auditorium, 6000 Frank Avenue NW in Jackson Township. The concert is free and open to the public; however, tickets are required. Call the Kent State Stark Theatre Box Office at 330-244-3262, Monday through Friday, from 1 to 5 p.m. for tickets.
The Lyric Theatre Ensemble, the professional vocal ensemble in residence at Kent State Stark, includes vocalists Catherine Robison, soprano; Laurel Seeds, soprano; James GraySmith, tenor; Kenneth Kramer, baritone; and Kenneth Furlan on piano.
An Old-Fashioned Christmas features a full program of holiday favorites from the 40s, 50s and 60s. Enjoy timeless classics, such as O Holy Night and White Christmas, mixed with upbeat tunes, like Santa Baby andYou’re a Mean One, Mr. Grinch.
