Renacci to Host Veterans Resource Fair

U.S. Rep. Jim Renacci (OH-16) will host a veterans’ resource fair in Canton June 12 to connect area organizations and agencies with local veterans who need their assistance.

The event will feature government and community assistance programs for housing, counseling, jobs, education, benefits, health care and more.

It takes place from 2 p.m.-6 p.m. at the Employment Source, 822 30th St. NW, Canton.

“Our veterans have sacrificed time and time again in the name of defending America and protecting our cherished freedoms,” Renacci said in a news release. “This resource fair will bring together the groups and organizations that assist our veterans with the men and women who need the help and services they provide. Our veterans have fulfilled their duties honorably. It is one of my most important responsibilities to ensure they receive the benefits they have rightfully earned.”
