WATCH: Wash & Wag Salon Opens at Viking Community Animal Hospital

There's a new doggy salon in town.

Viking Community Animal Hospital opened its new Wash & Wag Salon Dec. 3, taking in all dog breeds for washing and grooming.

"There's nothing more important than the pets both here at Viking Community's Wash & Wag Salon and over at the Animal Hospital," office manager Calley Mitchell said. "That's our priority at all times."

The salon, located just across the driveway from the animal hospital (and in the same building as Lee Spencer Photography) also offers puppy training classes as well as a more advanced fundamentals class, which is centered around playing and having fun (both for the animals and their owners).

The salon also offers a "Feisty Fido" class to help dogs interact with other dogs.

Classes are led by Certified Professional Dog Trainers.
