Four Foreclosed Shaker Heights Homes in Sheriff's Sale Today

Three Shaker Heights homes in foreclosure are up for sheriff's sales today, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 8:30 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker properties in today's sale:

• 3726 Glencarin Road; appraised value $80,000; minimum bid $53,334

• 19101 Van Aken Blvd. #224; appraised value $18,000; minimum bid $12,000

• 3558 Gridley Road; appraised value not listed; minimum bid $64,815.77

Three properties were sold last week, including one at 18214 Van Aken Blvd. Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) bought the property for $100,000 from Citi Mortgage.
