Boys arrested for graffiti in front of nine houses
April 1, 5:55 p.m. — Three juvenile males — one aged 11 and two aged 16 — were arrested and charged with criminal mischief after police say they painted graffiti words and pictures, potentially gang-related, on the sidewalk in front of nine homes on the 3200 block of Chadbourne Road.

Two men arrested in connection with multiple thefts from cars
April 1, 11:09 p.m. — Two men — one 19 from Shaker Heights and one 20 from Warrensville Heights — were arrested at the 3700 block of Warrensville Center Road in connection with an ongoing investigation. Police believe they may be responsible for several thefts from cars in the area.

Man pulls knife on wife and child
April 1, 11:31 p.m. — Police responded to the 3500 block of Pennington Road on a report of a disturbance. A man was charged with domestic violence because police said he pulled a knife on his wife and child.Â
