Lomond Neighborhood Association Hosts Meeting With Shaker Towne Center Owners
Katz Properties acquired property in January

The Lomond Neighborhood Association will host a meeting with the new owners of the Shaker Towne Center next week.
Katz Properties bought the shopping center for $11.7 million Dec. 19, according to the Cuyahoga County Auditor's Office.
Shaker Heights residents can meet property owners at 7 p.m. April 25 at the Stephanie Tubbs Community Center.

Shaker Towne Center is home to Heinen's, Boston Market, GameStop and more. According to EIG's website, the property is about 91 percent occupied. The company had recently signed leases with Dollar Tree and Salon Lofts.
