LOOK: Shaker Schools Releases Superintendent Profile Report

Shaker Heights Schools received a consultant's report on the profile of a prospective superintendent earlier this week. Now, the district has released the report to the public.

Illinois-based executive search firm Hazard, Young, Attea and Associates compiled the 31-page report based on an online survey and a series of meetings and interviews with teachers, parents, students and more.

Shaker Schools spokeswoman Peggy Caldwell said the list of qualities found on the final page of the report will serve as the basis for advertising and recruiting strategies as the district continues to search for a new superintendent once Mark Freeman retires at the end of this school year.
