Masturbating Man Follows Shaker Teen
Police say similar incidents have occurred in Shaker this year.

A Shaker Heights teen reported that a man followed her in his car while masturbating last week.
The 17-year-old girl was walking to school Oct. 9 and noticed a car following her slowly, she told police. She walked up to the car and spotted a man inside with his genitals in his hand.

The teen went home and told her parents, who called police.
Shaker Heights Police said that they have had reports of similar incidents since January of this year.
