Nine Foreclosed Shaker Homes for Sale Today

Nine Shaker Heights homes and condominiums in foreclosure are scheduled for sheriff's sales today, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

Nine homes were sold in November. The priciest was a property on Shaker Boulevard purchased by Crock Real Estate Investments for $533,334.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland.

Here are the Shaker properties in today's sale:

• 3333 Warrensville Center Road, Unit 309; appraised value $20,000; minimum bid $13,334.00

• 20825 Farnsleigh Road; appraised value $100,000; minimum bid $66,667

• 3333 Warrensville Center Road, Unit 411; appraised value $14,000; minimum bid $9,334

• 3395 Glencarin Road; appraised value $120,000; minimum bid $80,000

• 18005 Chagrin Blvd.; appraised value $0; minimum bid $11,183.72

• 22133 S. Woodland Road; appraised value $0; minimum bid $42,957.87

• 3414 Westbury Road; appraised value $0; minimum bid $15,966.27

• 3722 Lindholm Road; appraised value $0; minimum bid $30,127.67
