On the Agenda: Shaker Heights School Board to Consider Food Contract
Meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the Administration Building
The Shaker Heights Board of Education will discuss various assignment changes, supplemental contracts, appointments and resignations at the regular meeting at 6 p.m. this evening.
The appointments include two new teachers, a middle school guidance counselor and three visiting Chinese Mandarin teachers with outside support, according to the agenda.
The will also consider installing a large high school auditorium wheelchair lift. The agenda considers it an "urgent necessity action" with respect to the issuance of purchase orders with three vendors totaling $95,000.
Before the board breaks into an executive session for Treasurer Bryan Christman's annual evaluation, it will consider authorizing a renewal agreement with AVI Foodsystems Inc., the Warren company the district .
