One Foreclosed Shaker Heights Home to Be Auctioned Tuesday

Only one foreclosed home in Shaker Heights will be auctioned in this week's sale, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

3395 Glencarin Road, a single family home appraised at $120,000, will be on the block tomorrow. The minimum bid for the home is $80,000.

Foreclosure sales are conducted each Monday at 9 a.m. at the Justice Center, 1215 West 3rd St. in Cleveland. This week the sale will take place Tuesday because of the President's Day holiday.
