Police find drunk woman asleep behind the wheel

Dec. 15, 4:56 a.m. — Police found a woman asleep in the driver’s seat of her car near the intersection of Lee Road and Shaker Boulevard. Her car was in gear and the engine was running, they noted. They arrested her and charged her with drunken driving.

Home burglarized

Dec. 15, 10:17 p.m. — A resident at the 23800 block of Hazelmere Road found their back door forced open, the home ransacked, and a Playstation 3 and $200 in cash missing.

Phone stolen at party

Dec. 16, 1:19 a.m. — A woman reported her phone and credit cards stolen from a party on the 19000 block of Winslow Road.
