POLL: Should Shaker Heights Ban Cell Phone Use for Drivers?
Beachwood and other cities have passed texting while driving laws that are more strict than the state law

Beachwood will soon begin enforcing a law that unless they are hands-free or voice-controlled devices.
South Euclid and other communities in the area have similar laws, which restricts the use of GPS devices and prohibits drivers from emailing, texting, surfing the web or using their cell phones in any way that requires them to take a hand off the wall.
Is which prohibits drivers under 18 from using phones but only prohibits those over 18 from texting, enough? Or should Shaker Heights enact a law that bans most uses of cell phones while driving for everyone?
