Richmond Road Lanes to Reopen This Week

Drivers in the East suburbs can look for some relief from orange barrels this week.

Construction on Richmond Road is winding down and Beachwood Staff Engineer Tom Kreczko said he hopes to have all lanes open by Friday.

This also means that Fairmount Boulevard will be open at Richmond Road again.

Two of the road’s four lanes between Hendon Road and Fairmount Boulevard, extending through the intersection at Fairmount to the driveway, have been closed since early June while crews resurface.
